I stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya Hotel for a few days, and while the location was incredibly convenient, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room I received was quite old and had minimal amenities, which was disappointing. Although some staff members were friendly and eager to assist, the internet connection was extremely poor, making my business stay quite frustrating.

The room I checked into was older than I expected, with outdated facilities. I requested a bathrobe and tissues upon arrival, but I was disappointed to find they weren't stocked in the room. Housekeeping did not clean as I had requested, which made me uncomfortable when I had friends visiting.
